Brantley Fusion Systems is Jake Brantley’s practice for structural and thermal engineering on fusion and advanced nuclear systems, analysis that survives contact with hardware, test stands, and licensing scrutiny.
How we work
Programs do not need generic “nuclear consulting.” They need someone who can own a vacuum boundary stress problem, a transient thermal path, a code strategy where ASME III Division 4 is silent, or an embedded analysis seat beside the design team.
BFS leads with engineering services: fusion hardware design support, industry-leading ANSYS analysis, and design basis / verification. Staff augmentation is available when the engagement needs presence, not only a package.
Regulatory pathway support is grounded in practical design-basis and licensing-framing experience for advanced nuclear and fusion programs.
Past analysis work includes run-to-failure prediction within 5% of test.
